Shipping & Returns
Once you’ve placed an order you will receive an order notification letting you know we have received your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification confirming your item is on it’s way to you.
Please note that shipping rates & delivery times vary from country:
UK and Channel Islands delivery aim: 1-2 business days
Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class: £3.50
Royal Mail 24 hrs Tracked: £4.95
Over £50 postage is FREE
EU delivery aim: 3-5 business days
Royal Mail International Tracked: £10.95
International (other) delivery aim: 6-7 business days
Royal Mail International Tracked: £16
*Please note, a lot of Royal Mail deliveries are taking longer than usual to arrive. This is mainly due to Royal Mail staff shortages and Covid-19 restrictions. We are also experiencing custom delays on orders with a maximum wait of 15 business days. Deliveries outside of the UK are currently only offered as 'International tracked' to ensure continuous communication is guaranteed with any order placed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to return an item you must do so within 14 days of purchase. Please contact email@example.com prior to returning and make sure the parcel is marked RETURN to avoid any charges that may apply. Please note you will be responsible for the postage cost. Items damaged through wear and tear will not be refunded. Customers are liable for any loss in value.
Please treat your products carefully, ensuring that they are regularly checked with toys only hand washed, making sure wooden parts are not fully submerged in water.
If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible and a refund will be arranged.
